  I'm fortunate that my husband loves buying my birthday gifts from here as reminders of our favorite vacations. I had occasion to meet the staff myself, recently, because I'd allowed a necklace to become so knotted (wearing it to bed, yoga classes and snorkeling all summer), I couldn't get it off my neck. Two great staff members, Anna in particular, worked in tandem with a jewelers loupe and "chopsticks" to untangle three knots, in a very fine chain, getting close and personal with humor and expertise. Afterwards, Anna gave me a proper "bed" for my necklace, handwriting a humorous little note, as well. The jewelry here is beautiful, purchasing is a happy experience and, as I can now attest, customer service is excellent!
