  10/10 honestly, idk what everyones talking about, there was great customer support in this store. Especially from some one named Brett i think it was, he was very nice and helpful, especially knowledgeable in stuffed animals that fold into neck pillows, who he and i decided to name Fred, and helpful when it came to christmas decorations also. overall, best brook stone ive been to 1000/10 very nice

  Brookstone has terrible customer support. I just purchased an Infinity Riage massage chair the chair on 11/27/2015, and I still don't have a working chair. I contacted Brookstone the same day it was delivered and they only offered to repair it. If I'm paying this much for a chair, I expect it to work day 1, or exchanged for a brand new working one. I would have to pay their restocking fee, which would be over $1000. Over a month later, still don't have a working chair...

  I have never in my life had such a bad experience !!! The clerk was so nasty and to top it off you can't reach customer service because you are on hold for more then half a day. Get your act together Brookstone because I know I am not the only unhappy customer. ---- Lauren Ganz
